  • Flat type preference and budget range
  • URL parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content) for marketing attribution
  • Page URL visited and referring URL

We may also automatically collect non-personal information such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for:

  • Following up on your property enquiry by phone or email
  • Scheduling site visits and sending project-related information
  • Sending updates about The Arc project (pricing, availability, launch offers)
  • Marketing communication about Jain Constructions projects (you may opt out at any time)
  • Analysing the performance of our marketing campaigns to improve our outreach

3. Data Storage

Your submitted form data is stored securely in:

  • Google Sheets — via a Google Apps Script Web App, stored on Google’s secure servers
  • CRM System — if a CRM webhook is active, data may be synced to our Customer Relationship Management platform
  • Email notifications — a summary email is sent to our sales team (sales1@jainconstructions.com) upon each form submission

Data is retained for up to 3 years or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier.

4. Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party tools which may independently collect non-personal data:

  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — tracks website usage and visitor behaviour (anonymised). Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Ads — used for conversion tracking and remarketing. Your lead data may be used for enhanced conversion matching (hashed/anonymised).
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — tracks website events and enables interest-based ad targeting on Facebook/Instagram. Meta Privacy Policy

These tools operate under their respective privacy policies. You may opt out of interest-based advertising via your browser or device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with:

  • Our internal sales team at Jain Constructions
  • Authorised channel partners who assist in property sales on our behalf (under confidentiality agreements)
  • Service providers (Google, CRM vendors) as described above

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
